The College offers a number of options to pupils in Years 11 and 12. Those who have shown a particular aptitude for the subject and who see it as an option for study in the Sixth Form have the opportunity of taking GCSE Mathematics in Year 11 and Additional Mathematics during Year 12. Alternatively pupils may follow the more traditional route of taking GCSE Mathematics as a two year course and sitting the examination at the end of Year 12. Pupils have the opportunity of taking their GCSE Mathematics examination at either Intermediate Level or Higher Level. The courses in both Additional Mathematics and GCSE Mathematics are based on syllabuses from the Northern Ireland Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment.

The College offers a range of options to pupils wishing to study Mathematics in the Sixth Form. They will follow the EDEXCEL GCE Mathematics syllabus which allows them to take AS levels and A levels in Mathematics and Further Mathematics by studying modules in Pure Mathematics, Mechanics, Statistics and Decision Mathematics.
