Course Structure

Year 8

Block 1

During Year 8 students have modules of ICT throughout the year.

Topics covered include basic housekeeping, college networks, creation of  video stories and presentation techniques using PowerPoint.

Years 9 & 10

Students get 1 hour of ICT every fortnight. Units covered include web design, spreadsheets, databases and advanced presentation software techniques.

Theory topics covered include aswareness of computer viruses and applications of computer technology in everyday life.
