The Vice-Principal convenes the Pastoral Care Committee which has overall responsibility for decisions on Pastoral Care policies and the Heads of School Committee whose function is to keep under review the whole school programme for Pastoral Care and, when it is deemed necessary, to recommend alterations or additions to this Programme.  He/she liaises with the School Counsellors, S.E.N.C.O and those teachers in charge of the Mentor Scheme, E.F.L. etc. and ensures that the Principal is kept informed on matters pertaining to Pastoral Care.
